Window handle to popups?

   I have an application I'm developing using SGAPI and I was wondering if there is anything in SGAPI, or the COM interfaces that can provide references to open popups, or track the close event of the popup window.
I can track the opening of a popup by storing a reference (like the name), but if the user clicks the "X" button and closes the popup then the application is unaware of that event.  I want the application to be able to track which popup windows are open or closed.

Is this possible?
