Hi All,
       how to add the .layer file which is present in SFS manager?

Hi,
 
To add the .layer to SFS, click on Layers > Add New > Select Data Source = Pre-Cached > add the .layer path (for example c:\cache\mylayer.layer)
 
To add the layer to TerraExplorer, Load feature Layer > from SFS server > use Client Access Url (can be found under SFS Manager > Main) as WFS Server URL.
