video billboard problem

   when you insert an video billboard in Pro
you can add video files, such as avi,asf.ect
you also can add telemetry file,
but when i add it , the format is csv
The Help shows,: mms://mms.skylinesoft.com
so, don't know how to add
anyone use this？
