Using TerraGate

   Hi,
i am evaluating the terragate at the moment.
i will have 1 day to decide.
i have gotten the trial licences
and installed it at a server - let say the hostname is <GIS11>
now everything is install, 
i would like to load some shapefile to the terraCatalog but i couldnt find a download
i saw places in the terragate manager that i can import the file after it's important, i dont seems to be able to connect to it on terrabuilder. which is also install on the same machine

is there a step by step instructions, there is more that i need to do like accessing the feature server to load some feature,passing parameter in and this and that , which i am not getting any near.
