URL path described in kml & dae file not working

   We are trying to use kml to describe 3D models in skylineglobe.
Using kmz and specify relative path within tags of .kml and .dae works fine.
However, TerraExplorer cannot distinguish path in URL format in both .kml and .dae file.
That is to say, TerraExplorer couldn't recognize the absolute URL path within 
"<Model><Link> dae file path here... </Link></Model>" tags in .kml &
"<image><init_from> image file path here... </init_from></image>" tags in .dae.
(URL format path tested in Google Earth works)
Is there any way to work out?
