TerraBuilder 6, has crashed twice trying to create an mpt.

An image GeoTiff and ESRI adf elevation are been used, both data sets in the log file have the following error "Must be processed and cannot be used natively"

The same data sets work fine in another TB project.
Also get "Fatal error occurred while : ErrorCode 0xc0000005, ErrorAddress 0x06e738552 Block x=32295 Y=11352 Depth=15"

Any ideas what these error mean.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Craig,

Does the crashed project contain these 2 layers only (An image GeoTiff and ESRI adf elevation)?

You have mentioned that the same data sets work fine in another project. Does this means that a pyramid was already created for these sources? There is a known bug where if using an MPT pyramid with an old STRMI version file as a source in TBP, when creating the final MPT, you get a warning that the source must be processed and cannot be used natively.

Therefore, just to make sure, please copy these 2 layers to a new folder (– only the original files, without TB MPT, MPU or STRMI files) and create a new TBP using the new folder’s file. Can you reproduce the crash?

The 2nd error might be connected to the 1st error. However, it might also mean that TB failed to create the MPT because of a specific block at the MPT creation. If the above does not solve the issue, please consider sending us the tbp with these 2 layers so we could debug it here.
