System Error 220003 from ITerrainBuilding5

   Dear all, 
    I am trying to study TE in C#.

    When I using ITerrainBuilding5 object, I wanna fill the side wall with Terrain Texture.
But I got this error message box saying "Some of the building faces are displayed as single color instead of textures". Click ok to close this window, everything goes well.

Does everyone know what happened?
