Hi,

This message isn't specific enough to make a determination on.
 
Is there anything in the Process Monitor that might indicate irregular CPU/memory activity?
 
Does window become unresponsive? 
 
What are you processing at the time -- are you initiating a query or are you just starting to load up the program, etc?
 
If you can post a screenshot, that may assist.
