Hello folks,
is TE supported by Windows 10 OS? According to the System Requirements page it would seem not:

Thank you for your post. TerraExplorer v6.6.1 is supported by Windows 10. We will update the website accordingly.

I have also faced this type of issues. The problem was  https://errorcode0x.com/windows-10-preparing-automatic-repair-error-fixed/" rel="nofollow - Windows 10 Preparing Automatic Repair Error . It gets solved after reinstallation. You may also do this.
