does TEpro support effects like mist and clouds?

   i wanna enrich my scene with some effects like ..raining, fog, smoke, and some explosion..(just sth like that..).but i dont know if TEpro supports these . if so ..how can i realise that?
or ,should i just make some 3D models about clouds and raining and then put them into my pro as .x files? or should i programme the TEpro to add some clouds? and better, if the clouds are dynamic,  my scene will be much nicer~~
