Can someone kindly explain what is meant by "Block width" for streaming layers, how does it effects performance and how does TE interpret it.
The description in the help file is not very explanatory and detailed. Does 611 m Block width means TE will load models with in 611 meters from center point?? or what does it mean actually???? Regards Azam

depend on your data
if you data's extent is large, but the size is samll
you can set the block width with a large number
if not ,you should set more smaller!
best wishes!

Thanks yunjinzh for your response.
I am curious about the mechanism on which block width works? Basically we have country wide point feature layer (having 3D symbology) and the extent is too large. If i set block width to higher value (in KM), TE does not show any data and terrain gets very heavy.. but if i set it to less than 611 m TE starts streaming but I am not able to understand its behavior on different values of block width?
