I am developing a .fly file using TerraExplorer Pro.
I have loaded a polyline feature layer (from MapInfo TAB file), and have generated an annotation subset to label the polylines. The polyline feature layer is a roads dataset, and the labels are road names.
When the labels are made visible, they appear at the centroid of the polyline objects, which results in the label sometimes appearing nowhere near the polyline. For example, a 'U-shaped' polyline results in the label appearing in the centre of the 'U', rather than somewhere along the contour of the 'U'.
Is it possible to modify the annotation attributes to rectify this? Edited by barries - January 09 2012 at 5:26am |
