About UPP

   Hi all,

I want to ask 2 questions:
1st,Why all the UPP values are decimal fraction? But resolution of image or elevation is integer,  such as TM data is 30m*30m.
2nd,What is the correlativity with UUP and  levels on the MPT Ruler, in the TerraBuilder Hlep-chapter13 terms and definitions -Project Ruler-Aligning Source Files to the Ruler-Figure 96: Project Ruler Pyramid.
