Hi,
What is the difference between SGE and TB, TG, TD, TE Pro respectively? If I buy the SGE, do I need any products else? Is there any function that SGE has but TB, TG, TD, TE Pro don't?

Kenny,
SkylineGlobe Enterprise (SGE) is a bundled offering that includes licenses for the software you mentioned- TB, TG, TD, TE Pro. It also includes licences for TE Plus to deploy customized clients, Streaming Feature Server (SFS), Direct Connect and SkylineGlobe Web Application (back end tool to manage accounts on a SGE). SGE includes the full suite of Skyline software need to set-up a 3D globe.
All of the components except the SkylineGlobe Web Application are available for purchase/licensing individually.
Does that answer your question?
Thanks,
Ira

Those are acronyms for the names the products.
SkylineGlobe Enterprise is a bundled software offering that includes TerraBuilder, TerraGate, TerraDeveloper, TerraExplorer Pro and the SkylineGlobe Web Application.
Additionally, it now includes the Streaming Feature Server (SFS) component.
Does that help?

Hi Pavan,
Though we (skyline) have not published and exposed our WMS server yet, our new servers do have that feature. Using TerraGate 4.5 you can easily establish your own WMS server. Best regards, Yaniv |

Shaoge,
The SkylineGlobe Web Application is a management tool for the SkylineGlobe Enterprise. As such it is not available (or useful) unless you have a SkylineGlobe Enterprise implementation. If you do, please let me know and I can help out.
Thanks,
Ira
